I’m Jessica the flocker, Dutch for bicycle vlogger. Together with singer songwriter Paula O’Brien, I’m cycling from Derry to Londog. All along the border between Northern Ireland and Ireland within our bike packs, a violin, and a guitar. Over the next two weeks, we will follow different cycling routes. They all cross the border between Northern Ireland and Ireland plenty of times. We want to enjoy the landscape, but also get to know the people a bit more. What was it like to grow up in the borderland and what is it like now? Paul is from Dublin and lives in the Netherlands. I’m from the Netherlands but lived in Ireland for a while.
