I’m thinking about upgrading my Triban RC100 with the L-TWOO GR7 1×10 groupset (shifter, derailleur, cassette, and chain). Has anyone here already done this?
I’m especially curious about compatibility — did the 10-speed cassette fit the stock rear hub? Any issues during installation? And how does it perform overall?
Would love to hear your experience or see your setup if you’ve already made the upgrade!
