This was our recent trip along the Tarka Trail, on the national cycle network, disused railway track so no cars and a lovely route to Instow, the beach and an ice-cream 😀

Here we are cruising along the ta trail. Nice. Look at that birds. Birds [Music] like nice little cafe stop. But today we’re cycling past it, heading for the [Music] [Music] beach. Railway track as it was. Little 100 m stretch of tracks. Nice little cafe there. Nice little stop. and Bedford [Music] station. Nice little cafe off trail for a second. Little exploration down here.
