Finally finished these headset adapters to fit 1 1/8 forks in my rockhopper frame. just a proof of concept. Threw it together last night for a trip today, I need to get smaller spacers.
The adapter slides over the outer diameter of the head tube and fits an integrated headset bearing. There’s a TPU bushing between them to prevent scratching the frame, I’ll see if this is solid enough
