Usually i ride a road bike and do some occasional gravel rides but decided to also get into some mountainbiking. So i came to the conclusion that the Lux trail might be a good addition to my garage. Absolutely new to this stuff, i‘m not even sure if my handlebar angle is the way it’s supposed to be. Rides pretty nicely so far. The experience of buying the bike wasn’t perfect as dhl sent it back the first time but second delivery via ups worked. The front brake didn’t come with a transport spacer for some reason. There’s some slight brake rubbing on both brakes but i‘m pretty sure it will go away after braking them in. The dropper post was supposed to be connected already but that wasn’t the case or it came lose but it was an easy fix. For someone who never bought a bike before it might have been a challenge though.
I decided to go for the CF 6 as i want to add carbon wheels and a powermeter later on anyway. My goal is to ride some stuff where the gravel bike isn’t fun to ride anymore and do some of my roadbike training in the woods. I‘m not gonna become the best mountainbiker out there and not gonna ride the most technical stuff in existence. I do like attacking steep climbs though which is why I figured a xc bike would be a good fit.
