4:10:38) and after. If it is the case, it is very very dangerous, and not a good example. I do think the police will intervene very soon (for safety and to apply the french road law (code de la route) The fact you are hearing music and speaking on Internet driving/biking in such conditions is also probably strictly forbidden.
