[Music] [Applause] [Music] so although eer is our favorite place of all in France there isn’t actually a lot to do there the island is made up of a few towns which during the winter are pretty much deserted but in the summertime they come alive with margets bongies and the like we’ve come back to this island every year for the last 10 years and every year it gets busier and busier I’m more expensive the B went back to the bikes and at our peaches there you’ve got to say they were just a little bit [Applause] [Music] juicy we were going to be cycling for about 10 mil to the top of the island to a place called The Fed de bin or the Lighthouse of the Wales we’ve been here a few times before but I’ve got to be honest never seen a [Music] [Music] whale it was whil we were at the fair to bin that we discovered that there was something in zaragosa Spain that I had been waiting to see for a very long time trouble was it meant a 600 M 7-hour drive through the Pyrenees Mountains just to get there but I’d really be wanting to see this thing for a long time so we decided we would go the next day so we got up really early the next morning and left the island it’s going to cost us 16 quid to come back across this bridge on the way back to ilder the motorways in France like all motorways are very boring but over here especially they’re very expensive as well we both shared the driving but it was still a long slug to get [Music] there unfortunately the thing you’ve come to see Clos today so we booked into a hotel called theit and we’re going to see what are we going to see first thing tomorrow morning I think we’ve driven about 10 hours today to get here absolutely whacked we had some of Spain’s finest Cuisine for tea and then we went straight to bed the next morning though we woke up very [Music] excited we breakfast at 0630 sharp we wanted to be out to early we got our car from the underground car park we drove a quarter of a mile here the Triumph Saragosa guess who’s just been [Music] repaired we were so glad Trevor had been repaired and you could now come home with us [Music] the garage even kept the broken pipe work which had been the cause of the defect in the first place we really appreciated the garage Mass gas in kazone for looking after Trevor for us and also for making sure that our paneers and all our luggage went with Trevor to zaragosa we would have been lost without [Music] them so all that was left now was a quick 150 m d tour to pamp looner airport so we could drop off the higher car and then a 500 M trip back to [Music] ilder the drive home though was a pleasure never as driving on a Motorway felt so good we were just so glad to have Trev back the plan now though was to try and get back to ilay as soon as we could early enough so we could get to the beach and catch some rays later on [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] oh [Music] we did make it back to the beach that evening and all the other days we spent on elter but we were off again soon closer to home this time to Eran in Britany but we’re going this time as a [Music] thle as we left we wondered would we be coming back here again on holiday next year probably so this bridge is called we were in ENT soon enough though and on another [Music] Beach viewing the sights of Britany like the Valley of the Saints well worth a visit but mostly just enjoying the traffic free roads and going exploring again with TR third event is a stop over really somewhere we go to to get the ferry back home and unfortunately that came around soon enough [Music] go all [Music] [Music] [Music]

  1. Good to see that you still managed to make the most of your trip, despite the unfortunate break down. So what exactly went wrong with the bike? In my experience, hoses can fail due to splits and cracks, a leak at a joint or they become detached. Under normal circumstances the radiator cap acts as a release valve allowing hot coolant under pressure to enter the expansion tank, which then returns at the top of the radiator under vacuum as the coolant temp drops and the volume contracts. If you overfill the system or it gets overwhelmed by heat (eg. faulty fan sensor) , excess coolant in the expansion tank is dumped via the overflow pipe. If coolant was slowly leaking from the return hose to the pump, it's inevitable that pressure would build up to such a level that the the expansion filler cap would blow, so perhaps this was the cause. I'm curious to find out what the mechanic said. I own a Tiger 850 Sport and, touch wood, I've had no issues so far, but I do plan to take the bike to warner climes next year. I've not seen many reports of cooling issues with the Tiger 900's other than complaints about heat shedding on to the rider's legs, so I'd be interested to hear the diagnosis.

Main thing is you still had a good trip and Trevor came back in one piece….👍
