I just stumbled across this on Reddit and wanted to share my new set up. I'm very new to this, having previously had two one-week trips to Italy from Rome to Calabria. Both of these were staying only in AirBnB and hotels. Now my gear has evolved for my third trip, cycling around the coastline of Sardinia in late September and so I now have a tent and more storage – though still trying to travel fairly light.
