everyone comfortable is at moment everyone got water you might read it [Music] so today the the boys have come in um from a spin class um the last two days we’ve been out on the grass um so Midway through the week still working them hard um still looking at working them um just off their feet just to kind of take take the pressure off their joints um but we looking at still working session was an hour long um so we were looking at hitting different different zones of the uh the heart rate um and um ready to go again on Thursday [Music] [Music] yeah Kings would have been great obviously know Alex obviously he been for for many many years and the Link’s always been there with the club um so obviously we try try and utilize the facility as much as possible we’ve done that in previous previous years where we’ve always had injured boys down here um just to work for them in their rehab side of things um and obviously we always tried to come down here for preseason obviously spincast being being a firm favorite of ours and then we’ll obviously look to use that at some part during the season when the weather turns it’s quite bad we have a big block of training um a lot of games sorry um obviously we we want to offload the boys so obviously the boys aren’t really getting many minutes we’ll get them on the bikes and we’ll get them into into a sping class so um so they’ve been fantastic for us and obviously hope to continue that relationship as well [Music]
