So my son's bike was working fine last year. It had a third wheel which I took off. It worked fine a few times after that. But then, we kept it in garage in winter and didnt use it. We took it out today but the rear wheel is locked. I losen the nuts which made it move. But as soon as I make it all the way thighten by hand(not even wrench), it locks up again. I took the wheel out, but I dont know what to look for. Do I have to change the wheel hub or bearing or something? Or put washer between the hub nit and chassis? I used to build my own buke and maintain when I was kid. But I havent touch a bike 25 years since then. So I am rusty a bit :).
