Can you help me identify this bike?

I got this for 50€ and I really love it. Can someone tell me which brand and year it is? All I know is that the brakes are branded "Balilla" and on the brake lever I read "Modolo". Probably only brakes and frame are original. I think it's italian but I'm not so sure.
