
So i ordered a Canyon Lux Trail on wednesday. I was really excited when tracking told me it would arrived today already. When the parcel was loaded into the delivery vehicle at 8:27 am i thought nothing could go wrong anymore. At 1:15 pm i got the message: Unfortunately, delivery of the shipment is not possible because it does not comply with our shipping conditions. The shipment will be returned to the sender.
Not quite sure if canyon or DHL messed up here. I bought the bike on sale with a 5% discount code and a free bike guard code so if i have to order it again i would probably have to pay more.
Did anybody experience the same? Really disappointed right now as i did nothing wrong, entered the correct address and someone was at my home the whole time.
