Now a lot of people think that’s the that’s Tren Bridge, but that’s the old Tren Bridge. That’s the original morning. Welcome back. Thank you for watching last week. Very much appreciated. It’s the second video today. I’m at the lovely Home Per Nottingham. Today is race day and they told me I can only go around once because uh they’re setting up. They weren’t rude or anything. They just said, “Are you cycling around?” I says, “Yeah.” He said, “Can you only do it once?” Cuz uh over there where you can see and they’re getting all the boats out and possibly I could get injured. Fair enough. Fair enough. So, what I’ll do, I’ll cycle around. I’ll take you with me. And then over the bank we got canoe slamm. We’ll have a look at that and see if there’s any canoist. See you soon. What a lovely day. Stunning view on days like this. So what we’ll do, we’ll cycle around, have a look at the Sylm, do a race around the track. Well, not a race. We we’ll go around and then we’ll let out a swift 20 mi today. So if you’re uh bear with me and come along for the ride and enjoy it. Let’s go [Music] in only 7:00 in the morning down around here. It will be for later on. Kids on the holiday. So, we’re going [Music] fish. That’s where we was last week. And down there, stunning on a Sunday morning. Even more stunning when the sun’s out. As you can see in the distance, that’s where they used to do all the training, health and safety. It’s quite disappointing to know there’s nobody out. Not all set up. Oh well, more content for another day. Right, let’s cycle [Music] around way. We’re going up. We’re going to come around down for back out. Quite com I’ve been down here when the wind’s up and it’s been nobody boating. Too dangerous. You would believe it. Would you believe it? Right. You [Music] go. Still 3 hours left. [Music] is I’m smart to finish to the end and I come back now three miles. This used to be a type of the Olympics. It used to be an iconic place and obviously don’t know what happened. It was just used for violence and some events. We’re going up that path all the way and round and [Music] down. Legs are out today. They was out yesterday with being ginger. A bit of sunburn, but I’m not knocking it. [Music] No, not a sold inside. Quite [Music] surprised. 10 miles today. So far, I should say time we’re done should be 22. We’ll do this l and then we’ll make his way back. Morning. Yeah, he’s not in a morning mood today. Don’t want none of it. And here as well on my left, they use usually have uh tough mutter events. very popular, but obviously there’s nothing set up the overflow from my own pit bond. This, believe it or not, is the overflow from the lake. As you can see, the lake’s quite low today. It’s barely going, barely trickling over. So what happens is when we get any rain to keep the the lake level that goes into the trend and sometimes when the trend floods to my left behind these trees it comes up and it floods away so the water goes nowhere. circles all way well these banks there as you can see there on the platoon I don’t remember that used to be a star or a finish by over there 2000 so that would be the finish this has been going for about 30 30 odd years and 40 years wow look at that view impressive on straight [Music] back ski. Yeah. 2000. So this is the finishing end of beer pump. [Music] [Music] It’s going beautiful grazing or whatever you call it, eating straight down. And then behind these trees used to be an adventure and adventure of white border rafting and whatever. Yeah, it’s all short now. 10 years ago this this place was an island activity and adventure swimming and whatever. There’s nothing there. It’s quite it’s quite disappointed whether there’s a drop in [Music] demand or it just costs too much to run insuranceances and this massive loss. It’s British junior championships today trials 9:00 I’ve gone before then go in We don’t just 12 and a half miles. Time we get back it’ll be 12. [Music] As you can see there, quite a bit expensive flats. That’s where Sven worked and everything stopped. Only money’s not guaranteed for two weeks.
