From one Capital to another. The Cardiff 5k, Race for Victory is the host of both the Welsh 5k Road Racing Championship and Inter County Match so attracts a very decent field. For myself I was representing North Wales alongside Dion, Tom and John.

Mid Cheshire 5k too, although it might be a stretch as it’s Sexarathon 5k two days before, with Shrewsbury 5k festival 4 days before that. 🤦🏻♂️😂

It’s hard to stay super motivated and super focussed over many months. Totally normal to dip down after a big performance and maybe need a mental reset. Well done for keeping at it 💪

Exactly infinite minutes quicker than me after my calf blew just after 2km. Now got that terrible head space of injury recovery at the same time as loads of club racing opportunities go missing.
