[Music] I’m lucky the north dance way and surrounding area is accessible pretty much from my front for. Sometimes it’s easy to take where you live for granted. Nature’s beauty is only a short journey away for most of [Music] us. A few miles along the leafy tracks and the wide open spaces and I find myself at ease with life. During these moments, it doesn’t matter how fast or how far I go. What’s important is just being in the moment. The views and the tracks change with the seasons. Sometimes I stop and I like to take it all [Music] in. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] There’s nearly always something to see. The North Downs Arch Trail are a series of lovely installations at points along the route. Sedicil Franciscina by Poly Seamek and Monument Romana by Charles Holland Architects are a couple of local ones to me and are well worth the time to stop and have a look. [Music] It’s just me, my bike, and the countryside. My kind of cycling therapy. [Music]
