Bought this secondhand.
What's it worth?
* I'll edit with what I paid after seeing a few responses, but I'd like to see what people would pay who know what they're talking about.
The brakes feel weak, i.e. not much stopping power. I tried adjusting the cable at the center of the frame and at the handles. It helped a little, but still not ideal. Is it likely the brakes actually need replacement, or is there an adjustment at the wheel I should be making?
Is there anything I should be looking at in terms of upgrades / improvements?
