An executive order was signed five years ago that imposed a moratorium on the death penalty in the US state – the last state execution there was in 2006.

Sky’s James Matthews was given a rare look inside and met prisoners held in extreme conditions.

  1. Even in the real world , a truly wealthy person does not wear a gold chain. They don't have to. A gold chain and pendant while in prison ? Says a lot more than the murderer who wants to be treated as an equal.

  2. Being able to " learn a new trade" and start " paying back" w/ restitation to their victims? And where are they going to apply this trade?.. in the big yard? Smh?

  3. It’s not right making criminals share a room it’s a disaster usually the system should be 1 room per inmates not 2 or many.
