Running for me is as much mental as it is physical. Yes, we need to physically develop to get better, but also we need to enjoy it and find the right balance.
Running near water always calms me and I feel mentally refreshed after doing it. Today I did my longer run down the banks of the River Dee, and captured the tranquility of it as best I could.
