I hacked apart an ancient Novara grocery pannier and (badly) sewed it into the laptop sleeve of my backpack. It wouldn’t be comfortable to carry for a long time, but it’s fine for my walk to my office from the bike rack, which is all I used this backpack for anyway. I’m proud I hacked this together instead of spending $260 on one, which I was extremely tempted to do
