Hundreds of people turned out when the drum and bass on the bike event kicked off this afternoon. Dom Whiting is the man behind the event, which in the past has seen thousands join him for a bike ride while he DJs drum and bass music on his own bike. The 2025 route started at Ashton Gate at 2 p.m. before heading towards the city center with masses of people turning up. The event first came to Bristol in May 2021. The event was a huge success and now Dom will be embarking on his fourth year of drum and bass on a bike in Bristol. Yeah, it’s amazing. Obviously, we’ve been here now four years running. Um, and it’s always one of the biggest crowds that we have. So, uh, I’m delighted to come back. I feel like it’s quite a cultural and inaugural part of, uh, of Bristol itself. Even though I’m not from Bristol, I feel like it’s engraved itself into the city.
