A beautiful ride in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire countryside. I start the video at Whiteleaf, where I take the Ridgeway (Upper Icknield Way) all the way past Watlington and then back on the road up to Wallingford. From there I go through Shillngford and Dorchester-on-Thames. Some amazing scenery in this video.

Morning Karl, we passed you just after those cyclists at the beginning of your video, just after the Chinnor turn
Karl, do you have a contingency plan for punctures on those really long cycle rides, especially when you're cycling along canal towpaths and rocky bridleways?
Do you maybe use puncture-proof or solid rubber tyres for those longer trips?
Fear of a puncture when miles away from home is the one thing that always stopped me from taking longer rides.
Impatience, incompetence, aggression, who knows, but definitely worth reporting if you are able to read the numberplate.
Nice ride,Thought you might have visited the castle at Wallingford,There is an alternative route from Wallingford through Brightwell then either following the roads (national cycle route 5) or bridleways/roman road around Wittenham clumps and across a pedestrian/cycle only bridge into Dorchester near Days lock,This route passes the ancient earthworks in Dorchester near the river.
Hi Karl, just wondering what bike you have? This vid has inspired us to start exploring the Ridgeway but my push bike wont be enough 😂
Beautiful, mate! This is the England I occasionally miss having moved to Australia 23 years ago, crisp sunny spring day, cycling the back lanes. Looking forward to the next one!
Lovely video, not able to get out much nowadays, so to see some of the places I used to know as a young man. Only one complaint.. The video doesn’t have smelly vision, to capture the heady perfume of the blossom. Thanks Karl.
Thoroughly enjoyed that video, seeing my old stamping ground…
Karl good Vid, can i be a nerd and have stats please, how much battery, riding mode, elevation thinking of the same ride
