I installed the seatpost on my Ultimate CF SL 7 and when i tighten the seatpost clamp it cracks multiple times until 5Nm is reached. When i losen it, there is a single loud cracking noise similar to breaking a plastic fork. This can’t be normal right? The bike is basically new, it already went back to canyon two times for other reasons.
