Hi, I have Aeroad F10 CF from around 2013 with Acros Ai-69 headset with nylon clamp that removes play and adds preload, like this:

I overtightened the small screw in the clamp and the thread got damaged.
Replacing it with an identical item seems pointless as it is still plastic and threads are cut off easily, so I came across this post:

Can I use it on my headset? Will it fit? Can I convert it to a regular expansion plug? My fork's outer diameter is 28.6 mm (1 1/8), inner diameter is 23.5 mm which seems to be within specs of a regular expansion plug though closer to their max expansion limit.
