This is part 7 of 10 of my trip to France & Spain riding through the Alps and Pyrenees in a group. Today we leave Ales and head to Castres, passing under the magnificent Viaduc de Millau, once again, the roads, scenery and weather couldn’t have been better.
Hoping you can “Like” the video, as this does help the channel.

Great video Nick. Whats the trusty 500x coming back? Ride safe
I do enjoy these hairpins and try to see how smooth i can go around them, a bit like a waltz 🤣🤣🤣 that was a great route you followed today, such beauty.
gorge du tarn is nice but you shoulda made it onto the bridge/autoroute for pics (shh) the view is amaziing
I’m not sure if you have already discussed this Nick, however after doing solo trips and now a group ride, what is your preferred amount of riders for a tour? My view would be 2 or 3 people would be ideal as it’s company to share the adventures and also to assist for any problems.
After 6 minutes I kept thinking of the Bonnie Tyler song!🤗. Great scenery in that part of France..many other parts of France too.
What a gorgeous route; plenty of sweepers and hairpins to enjoy! Sometimes getting lost leads to some most interesting discoveries. Looks like the group stayed together better on this segment than the last segment. BTW, I purchased a new NX500 this past week for my son so he can join me on some of my trips. He’s been talking about getting a bike for several years and since I’m not getting any younger, I thought that this is the right time to get him riding again. He’s enjoying the ride and gaining confidence. The NX500 seems to be the perfect bike to return to riding. Looking forward to next week’s episode. Cheers, Jim
In order to make these trips even more memorable, you need a drone to capture these breath taking views. Hope you will buy one soon.
That’s a magnificent bridge. I really hope you knew it’s name.
Hi nick .roads . Scenery and editing brilliant..BUT with full respect. I understand its a group ride .but it all seems rushed. And not your
Relaxing style. Which i enjoy. You know I'm one of your biggest fan .so i apologise mate .but that's what it seems to me .hopefully we will be back to your normal brilliant adventures and a relaxing pace please…the old fella
