Exploring Belgrade Waterfront: Serbia’s Urban Renaissance
Join Brad Beckett as he takes you through the stunning Belgrade Waterfront development on Serbian Labor Day weekend. This massive urban renewal project has completely transformed what was once empty fields into a spectacular modern neighborhood with luxury apartments, sports facilities, and beautiful riverside walkways.
Belgrade Waterfront Development plans for 10,000 housing units across 100 acres, high-end hotels like St. Regis, and family-friendly urban spaces, Belgrade Waterfront represents Serbia’s ambitious vision for the future.
Whether you’re considering investing, relocating, or just curious about one of Europe’s most exciting urban developments, Brad shows why Belgrade is quickly becoming a desirable destination for expats, remote workers, and families looking for a high quality of life with modern amenities at reasonable prices.

Good info
I visited the country one year yesterday and I LOVED it and I am still thinking about it often.
Glad to see you brother still in Serbia 🇷🇸 and enjoying. Hope to see you soon with red passport 👍
You have to visit Zemun, the best part of Belgrade, best restaurants, food, music, people, woment,…
You can use Google Maps for managing your public transport routes and timing now, no need to use Moovit anymore 🙂
Love Serbia cant wait to visit 🥂👌
Belgrade Waterfront, great Serbian language, very similar to English
As a serbian i can not stand it 🤮
I agree on this statement- do not regret a single day spent in Belgrade and Serbia! love climate mild easy going people and safe and just perfect place in Europe!
First floor is a second floor for Americans only, not for Western people in general. The rest of world use term "Ground floor" for what you call in States 1st floor
Louis Vuitton and Chanel Cartier is coming this year🎉🎉🎉
My Belgrad❤
My friend, not only do the people of Belgrade speak English very well, but almost the whole of Serbia, with the exception of the southern province, speaks English. But English is especially well spoken in the province of Vojvodina. Getting an education here was challenging. Even in primary school, children can speak English without problems, and I should also add that most people here grew up watching British and American series and movies. Here, the rate of crime, robberies, rape, drug dealing, etc. is almost non-existent. Teenagers walk freely and go home smiling after partying. The police are doing their job very well. The situation has changed a lot in less than 10 years. I, who live there, had no idea that this much would be built.
Graffiti is common in balkans. Hope they don’t spray paint the place.
Very good video!
Greetings from Serbia
Very good 🙂
It is a corruption project in which people around Srbian dictator became billionaires. All construction is payed 100x more than real prices, thats why 16 people died when canopy collapsed on a "renovated" train station, and renovation (paintin, new tiles..) costed 16milion EUROS! Thats whu people in Serbia are protesting for 7months!
They literalelly stole land in center of Belgrade and built these residential buildings which they sell and taje profit. People of Serbia have nothing from it!
