Was cycling home on my Bleubird Summit bike from college when suddenly I noticed a random significant loss in pull from the motor until it just stopped working all together.

The screen flashed up an error code:30 and “Communication fault” Increasing and decreasing PAS didn’t work at all and the walking along side mode was also not working either.

I looked up the error code and none of the solutions or other people experiencing this seem to have the same model as mine. A website refering to other models says the error code is an internal issue.

The terrain I’m cycling along is a nearly flat cycle path all the way to college and back with nothing I imagine that could possibly cause something to fall out or shake it too terribly. I’ve cycled the same model but a different bike in much rougher terrian for months with no issues at all.

I checked the sides of the back and front wheel and there doesn’t seem to be any signs of breakage or disconnected wires.

I’ve only used this bike for about a week so it’s pretty new too.

I’m looking for any solution or repair that I can do myself without breaking the warranty or taking it back since it was bought in a bike shop 5 hours away.

I want to take it to a bike shop to see if they could do a repair on it or at least look at it but trying to cycle 5km with a bike with a heavy battery isn’t fun. 🙁
