I've been on and off bikes my entire life but have never really done road biking. I want to start for cheap and found this really nice 1984 trek 510. I love how it looks but I just want to know if it would make a good road bike for long distances. should I buy it or bite the bullet and save some more for a modern bike? Thanks yall.
