Day 2 of my 888 km cycling trip around Lithuania’s border: I met my son at a remote train station and we cycled together toward Lithuania’s northernmost point near the Latvia border. We explored several large sinkholes, including the famous Fox Hole, formed by underground rivers washing away calcium deposits. After a full day of riding and exploring, we camped near the border — but faced a challenge as part of my tent frame snapped, making the night a bit rougher.
