Liverpool are the biggest club in England all time and its not close. "On the fullness of time" liverpool have the most points in the top flight of english football by some margin. 20 top flight titles. most trophies and most european trophies. Its not close.

Liverpool are the 'best club' this season due to winning the league but the 'biggest club' in the PL is still Man United with well over 200m social media followers and fans. The best doesn't always equal biggest.

Man U have won 13 prem titles
Liverpool have won 2
2 Premier league titles

In that sense Chelsea and Man City are bigger than Liverpool as they won the Prem more
