Albania has been one of the most challenging countries so far in this tour: mentally and physically.
Despite its problems, Albania displays so many gorgeous views: majestic cliff guarding the blue coastlines, impressive mountains and beautiful lakes.
During my bikepacking trip I followed the eurovelo 8 trail and cycled along the whole coast. I’ve seen the struggles this country has, the polluted rivers and trash swallowing beautiful forests and rivers, but I also saw the other side, the beautiful nature and kind people.
