Just added a BMX to my fleet. It’s a Mongoose Legion L500. I’m chasing a slight crank wobble. I was surprised the bottom bracket bearings just slid in without a press and the crank arm came off without a puller. It’s a 2 piece crank and the spindle bolt is as tight as I can get it. The (19mm?) spindle measured at 18.55mm and the bearing ID is 19.04mm. Is that normal tolerance or is the spindle undersized? Probably my fault for buying a Mongoose and they don’t seem to have actual tech support, but it was a GREAT price for the specs.
