  1. its a combination of both. i have phenomenal legs like that. lots of running,cycling and i was squatting over 400 pounds in a few weeks. i actually quit the squats because i didnt want to get bulky.

  2. There is more than one kind of cycling. This young lady would not likely do well on a multi day stage race with climbing. She is a track sprinter. Training and genetics were involved in the end product

  3. That girl is built like a brick house. I wish I had half the legs she has even when I was younger and an elite athlete I never had legs like that

  4. I think its a combination of both genetics and hard work. Because one can have the genetics and sit around doing nothing one's whole life. And one's legs would be bulky but weak and fatty. Not strong and muscled like they are now

  5. My thoughts are that her legs are, in fact, sculpted ! She obviously works hard and trains at least once a week 😅 . My guess is a combination of genetics and work ethics

  6. Nah, I sympathy for the ladies in sports. Bates legs are typical of a healthy woman. You can't see muscle definition like on a mans legs. That is when I would be suspicious of how she got them, ladies always have some body fat. By comparison as a 65 yo my legs show muscle definition, quad's, VMO, ITB and hamstrings. No fat and it is from casual cycling.

  7. Superior Genetics? Stop the 🧢 the woman just works out. If her genetics are so superior why train at all? All yall do is lie and have no idea about genetics if there is any problems with my comment respond back and I'll tell you what they say about white peoples genetic make up not me your own scientist and it has nothing to do with anything superior it's actually embarrassing. I'll be waiting.
