Where can i find those graphs of % change based on the area?
i love this channel for showing when the data is coming from and how rationally you presented it's very hard to see other channels doing that, especially the big ones where people are so full of political opinions.
When you show the chart about Evesham, what platform/app/website is that?
Nothern cities are awful provincial holes. Always were. Always will be. Worse, they are based very heavily on government jobs, not real industry. When government cut-backs happen (and they will have to), the North will be hit very badly.

Word salad. Completely missed the fundamental reason for changes in coastal properties.
A lot of good points raised, I have been buying houses since 1986 and the old saying Location location location have never been more relevant.
