In this video I am attempting a track cycling PB and managed to crack out 20.34 seconds according to the stop watch time which is good considering I need to take of another 2 seconds before I can get to 18 seconds and be able to apply for the regional development squad in Newport.
I know I have been on a huge brake but I am Goan get back into it now and start posting on the weekends and Friday so am looking forward for stage 2 of this channel, Enjoy.
