Hello everyone
I’m lucky enough to have 3 weeks free in August 2024
I’ve done some research and I can’t decide on a destination:
– Kenya Bike Odyssey, around 18 days (https://bikepacking.com/routes/kenya-bike-odyssey/)
– Tian Shan Traverse, around 20 days (https://bikepacking.com/routes/tian-shan-traverse-kyrgyzstan/)
– Turkey (I’m subscribed to rmdub on Instagram and his photos of bikepacking in Turkey are incredible, which is why I’m considering this destination)
– South America (Peru, Bolivia)
Initially I was set on Kenya because I’ve already been on safari 3 times and being a BIG BIG BIG wildlife fan, it seemed obvious but with a little thought, I think the bikepacking experience will bear no relation to the safaris I’ve done so I’m reconsidering.
