Do you love driving but feel frustrated by speed limits and heavily policed roads? Modern cars are faster than ever, but enjoying a great drive doesn’t have to mean breaking the law. In this video, we explore how to have fun driving without speeding, with practical tips to make every drive more engaging, even at legal speeds.

Choose the Right Roads – Not all roads are created equal! We’ll show you how to find isolated roads where speed limits still provide a challenge, making your drive more exciting without breaking the law.

Drive the Right Car – High-horsepower, high-grip cars make legal speeds feel slow. Instead, choosing a lower-power car with less grip can make every corner and straightaway feel engaging. Think lightweight, fun-to-drive cars that deliver thrills without needing triple-digit speeds.

Embrace the Challenge – Driving conditions can completely transform the experience. Rain, mountain passes, or even simple backroads can turn a normal drive into an adventure. We’ll talk about how to make the most of challenging conditions to maximize your enjoyment behind the wheel.

  1. I have a Cupra formentor vz and I used to speed a lot thinking that I would save good time… now I'm traveling at 120km/h (max speed allowed in my country) and, due to the big traffic in my city, I lose about 2 minutes per travel… speeding is just not worth it.

  2. bro you're a pleasure to listen to! such gentlemanly and calm way of talking. really enjoyed the way you articulated; totally agree. glad this video dropped in my feed.

  3. Where are you finding these "bog standard 250-350HP" cars xD Basic cars are either 1.2L 3cyl, 1.5L 4cyl or 2.0L diesels, all around 150HP give or take. To get more than that you're very much in the "above standard" territory.

  4. I like pushing my 163hp Isuzu pickup, which is easily done without having to speed😅 0-100 in 11seconds is not fast, but it’s fine enough, so I often floor my pedal and hear the engine roaring, but it’s still not flying supersonic in a snap. I also like too test cornering on backcountry roads, and keep a little speed through clear roundabouts.

  5. I used to own a 6th gen accord, it was the sedan with a 5 speed
The car was a riot, just stock but it had VTEC.
And yet it never gets brought up when talking about Hondas
Can’t recommend that car enough, I sold it at 280K miles and it’s still going strong

  6. Here is my issue, I don't live near mountains, so there are no challenging corners to take at the speed limit. The equivalent to that snakes pass turn around my place has a limit of 25. And honestly, it's like that for a good reason: there are houses with driveways and mailboxes nearby. But it makes doing what you are impossible.

  7. That advice just won't work in Poland. No matter how dangerous the road is – you will still get a bmv blinking behind you, even if you gonna throw up at the corners

  8. "There is no way to have fun on a motorway." Lost me right there. Go fast, break laws, have fun.

Oh, and "really good tip" is to use navigation when you're someplace you're unfamiliar with. 😂

  9. This video was awesome. You are like me lol, and I don’t many people in my own life that look at driving the same way. I’m in America, in the Midwest with a lot of country roads. I drive a 2020 Veloster N and a 1994 Mustang, and I just got rid of my only automatic last week. Here we can typically speed about 10 mph without getting into any trouble. And on most these backroads there is hardly any cops. But I have been having a ton of fun just driving the speed limit and learning the whole manual thing. I like to take different routes home every other day so I’ll check out that finding road video next! Thanks!

  10. how conveniant that this showed up on my recomended a week after my reckless endangerment felony charge. wish me luck boys my court date isnt set yet but hopefully i dont get it suspended

  11. Snake pass was great, but Woodhead has to be my favourite road. There are some other side roads with sweeping corners with great visibility. On a quiet day, you can have a lot of fun. I had to drive to Huddersfield from Manchester one morning for work, and it was the first time ive enjoyed a commute
