Belgian 🇧🇪 one day race Ronde van Limburg had plenty of big teams and big name riders on the start list. Alpecin Deceuninck made plent y of moves during the day, mainly with Tibor Del Grosso, but there were some strange team tactics going on… some Alpecin teammates chased down Tibor. it was strange – almost like they didn’t want another stage 1 of volta Catalunya…
Anyways, there was a nasty crash due to a barrier, some riders misjudged the turn and ended up on the wrong side of the barrier… despite having a puncture with 20km to go and riding a teammate’s bike to the finish, Cofidis rider Milan Frentin took charge and held it to the line for his 3rd win of 2025, 6th victory for Cofidis in 2025.
Belgians in the top three spots, Dehairs in 2nd, Menten in 3rd.
