NS Movement 1 2020 cracked frame or paint chip?

I've had this Ns movement 1 frame from 2020 for a year and a half and i like it a lot because of the feel and weight, but after a small little repaint to the frame to give it a new look, a few days later I discovered these 2 big marks and don't know if it's good bye to the Frame or if it's just paint chips, I REALLY don't have the money for a new High end frame and hope it's atleast weldable or will last a few weeks (if I take it easy), I've done the small tests to see if the frame Is broken with flexing the frame to see if I hear any noise From the area of the metals rubbing and the metal ring test, where If it's cracked it'll not have a high pitched ring almost, unlike other unfazed parts of the frame but I've done these tests and there isn't any difference at all pretty much or nothing Noticeable.
