I have a carbon bike frame, Canyon Endurance CF 7. I have an issue where one of my bottle cage bolts is not flat with the frame. The bottom bolt is kind of angled out where one side of the bolt is protruding outwards in about 20-30 degree angle. The top screw of my bottle cage came off during my triathlon race, and I basically yanked out the bottom bolt a bit by my pedal stroke as the bottle cage was not anchored and swaying side to side.
If it can’t be fixed, would it be safe to ride outside?
