Bike looks good, but their customer service/ support isnt that great apparently… its all over redditt
I went as far as ordering the cowboy cruiser the customer service was not good I love design but however. They could not give me a delivery time and ended up waiting over 3 months. So I cancelled and went with a Vanmoof s5 the thing that swayed me was Vanmoofs integrated head light front and rear and the kick lock and boot button if cowboy ever added these features I may switch but at the moment I love the Vanmoof S5 so glad I refunded the cowboy cruiser.
