Ukrainian cyclist Kyrylo Tsarenko of the Solution Tech Vini Fantini team won the third stage of the Chinese multi-day Tour of Hainan. In the finishing sprint, he overtook Romanian Cristian Raileanu of Li Ning Star. The top 3 was completed by Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan of XDS Astana.
