Finishing off my little tour of Lancashire with some great cycleway sections and quiet lanes. Expected an easy day but the wind had other ideas! Amazing seafront finish with the tide fully in and a rather tumultuous sea.

Well done Martin you did a good job of the tour🚴♂️👌🎥I bet it was tough finding somewhere to get a bite to eat without losing your bike in seconds 😂I think it might be worth speaking to the bike manufacturer or supplier and see if they will sponsor your trip abroad 😋👍

Excellent tour very enjoyable to watch, My neck of the woods in Blackpool. And yes you are still in Lancashire just watch yourself on the promenade mate it’s a sort of area you might have to buy your bike back through cash converters, you definitely have the right to do the right job lovely looking bike that. Martin, I would be planning on facing warm conditions in Europe this summer, if I were going. Perhaps an extra water bottle and eating some celery during the tour. That is something they did in Texas for long hot days. Filling the celery with peanut butter doesn't hurt. Ride safe and healthy. Frank
You were on my patch and I'm glad you found the lanes out the back of Stalmine and to Wardleys Creek – where the boats were. Gets very busy once you go over the Wyre. Cockerham to Pilling is always tough on a windy day. Its usually in my face on the ride back home, like you had it. You probably got a whiff of Fleetwood tip, its in the news for the wrong reasons atmo. The estuary path by the Lune to the Stork is always pleasurable and the best way by bike into Lancaster, glad you found that too. I used to drink inthe Counting House many moons ago, its a converted bank as name suggests 😊 Two great days out on the bike, enjoyed both vids, cheers.
