📸 Daily recap from my Instagram stories—early morning rides, gym sessions, and whatever else ended up being worth sharing. Some days, it’s solid training, other days, it’s fixing a flat in the rain or squeezing in a workout between everything else life throws at me. Nothing polished, no sugar-coating, just real moments from the day. You’ll see the good rides and the ones that felt like a grind, actual workout routines instead of just highlight reels, and the everyday challenge of balancing training with everything else. If you’re into fitness without the social media fluff, this is probably your kind of content. Just bikes, good music, some weights, and whatever happens along the way.

Most of my days start early, usually on the bike before the world wakes up. There’s something about those quiet, pre-dawn rides—just open roads, a little headlamp glow, and the sound of tires on pavement. Sometimes it’s about mileage, but mostly, it’s just about showing up and putting in the work. It’s not always pretty, and I don’t edit out the days where the legs feel like trash. If you want curated highlight reels, this isn’t that. But if you want the real version—the good, the bad, and the in-between—stick around.

Lifting sessions are a big part of it too. Not just for aesthetics, but because strength work makes a difference, especially for endurance. Heavy lifts, functional movements, and a bit of high-intensity work—it’s all part of keeping the legs strong and the body durable. I don’t post quick fitness tips or overcomplicated breakdowns, just full workouts and what’s actually working for me. If you’re into practical training that’s built for the long haul, you’ll probably get something out of it.

And yeah, life isn’t just training. Some days, everything goes to plan. Other days, I’m patching a tire in the rain, rearranging a schedule to make training fit, or dealing with whatever random thing pops up. The goal is to stay consistent, even when things don’t line up perfectly. That’s the part of fitness people don’t always talk about—the part where you have to adapt, push through, or just accept that today might not be the day. If you’ve ever tried to balance serious training with regular life, you know what I mean.

At the end of the day, this is just real fitness. No fake motivational speeches, no crazy edits—just a mix of cycling, lifting, and figuring it out as I go. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll probably like it here.
