    Cycling Through the Austrian Mountains in Winter I Riding East ep. 2



    In November 2024, we set off on a bicycle journey from the UK to India.

    As the winter deepened, we left Germany, taking a chance at a big crossing through the mountains to reach the Balkans. This film covers our progress so far!

      The love you both show for other people, the world and each other is amazing and a wonderful thing. That obviously shows by the generosity from people you meet on your journey.
      Most governments (their employees) in this world need to realise they are in positions to be there to support the civilians who live and pass through their regions. If they chose to enforce fines on people who chose to travel by a less easy or expensive manner, then that should be accepted and allowed providing there is no harm caused to other civilians who are also there. If government employees continue to try to fine such civilians for things like wild camping, then it's only reasonable to expect backlash which could be costed far greater than imposed fines would ever be issued. There is no justified reasoning to fine a person who travels freely where they can or have to, if they can or can't or dont want to pay for unreasonable costs of accommodation.
