I got this hydraulic brakes from a friend, the original hose was kinked so a replaced with one from another brake that was in better condition and removed all the internals, cleaned (the oil was a dark silver color, terrible) and reassembled that brakes, after the bleeding they worked perfectly, very powerful, great lever feel, no noise, than I didn't use the bike for a few days, and when I got on the bike I could feel the levers was a bit wet and the pads were screaming, I removed them, cleaned and it got back to normal, but looking at the caliper itself was not evident were the leak was coming from, I'm wondering if replacing the internals is all I need to do ? And if I cannot find them I can do some trick like using a different mineral oil with a higher viscosity ? Are there aftermarket manufacturers that I can look into ?
There brakes were free but I don't want to spend to much money, if it gets close to the price of a mt200 I prefer just getting them, even though this one is more powerful, just annoying to deal with, I've run them like that for a while, just spraying isopropyl alcohol every time I need to use the bike and braking hard few times to stop the noise
Lever is BL M785 B
Caliper is M595 (I think, it's difficult to see)

I tried looking on-line but then only thing I found was the reservoir cap (I'm from Brazil and focusing on national suppliers to avoid taxes)
