The shape looks similar with the spacer set – [https://www.canyon.com/en-ro/gear/bike-parts/contact-points/handlebars-and-stems/canyon-aero-cockpit-spacer-kit-%C2%A0/10000061.html](https://www.canyon.com/en-ro/gear/bike-parts/contact-points/handlebars-and-stems/canyon-aero-cockpit-spacer-kit-%C2%A0/10000061.html), the small detail is that the the stem mount has the 2 small positioning holes instead of one hole + one pin, but that should be easily rectifiable ;-).
