1. Rear shock makes a spongy sound when compressed, and lockout lever doesn’t do anything.
2. Dropped post makes some sort of ratcheting sound while being dropped. Also makes a clicking sound when I press on the seat.
I’ve never serviced anything like this before so will servicing/rebuilding the rear shock make the compression/lockout lever work?
What could be wrong with the dropper post or is that normal?
