Which one is better for daily commuting and occasional adventures?

Schwinn Sidewinder 26″ or Giant ATX S 27.5″

I’m getting both of them for around 90$

I’m 5’8″ for reference and would be using this for daily commuting to and from my college campus and local sightseeing. Would use this occasionally for going to paved trails.

Also please let me know which year bikes are these as seller doesn’t know about it
