I did low carb/no carb in the 90s when I was 15 (it was called Atkins then) it was SO much to get used to because I LOVED sugar 😢 I made a decision and stuck with it for two months maybe three……. It was SO hard. I “had“ to eat SO MUCH and everything was SO heavy and greasy (yummy! But excessively oily)

    Anyways, I lost about 16 lbs in the first two months….. my mom was excited! I was torn. I was glad for the weight loss because I have always been a thicky girl….but I felt like shit. Even at 15 I knew that that FOR ME I couldn’t eat like that for the rest of my life….. I felt so internally oily idk how to explain it 🤣 low carb can work! Everything in moderation. Thankfully I found my way and learned a lot during the process!

  3. I’m reminded of a dead bloated cow. You are what you eat and all.
    And 12 lbs weight loss… when you were 10 over should have got your lazy behind working that off. Good luck with your next 75.
