  1. London is every time much more unsafe. I can’t believe my eyes how people go the cafes and Greggs and steal food in front of everyone and no one can do anything. Complete decadency!

  2. We want this level of security. Like Japan. Or China. You need to double or triple your security budget. Install cameras. Or more restrictions on anyone buying a stolen phone. In Pakistan, they have made an app that any shop owner needs to check on that app first if the phone is reported stolen. Viral these videos more so every thief is scared.

  3. UNDERCOVER policing is a very stressful job which unfortunately is often frustrated by the public with interference at the wrong time and place.
Members of the public can help more by only interfering when help is needed , unfortunately many will extend the problems when making up stories of brutality , this then all changes when deliberately protesting to get a police reaction .
Most police try to do their best and the public can help rather than look for reason to complain, then in the next hour you are being asked for protection..
The police service is and can only do so much under instruction, the rest HAS TO come from the PUBLIC trust and interaction, not conveniently pulling the shutters on occurences then miss reporting them. , despite the constant repetitive media used attacks to make it look like this.
If you want safety on the streets and communities do not do the opposite in hypocrisy when it suits you ?
Yes of course we always look to improve and on occasion we get it wrong but this is NOT as a frequent occurrence as often described.

  4. But why is there a female officer doing this? She doesn't look particularly useful!! She was closest to the perp yet couldn't make the arrest (takedown), and got in the way (shirking, and shrieking almost) when the male officer made the takedown!!

  5. That happened to me in London, but it wasn't the police that floored the thief. It was some random guy in front of a pub having lunch. He picked up my phone and said, "Here ya go, mate. Sorry bout that."
